We are looking to hire a full-time, permanent Tenancy Renewals & Administration Coordinator who will be located in Chapelworth House, Worthing. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 40 hours. Monday to Friday 9:00am till 6:00pm. The salary ranges from £22,000 to £25,000 per annum.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Manage the Tenancy Renewals process.
- Issuing legal notifications.
- Sending out legal documents for signature while ensuring completion in a timely fashion.
- Booking in and out keys and liaising with contractors.
- Liaising with tenants/landlords and utility companies.
- Dealing with checkout and depositary processes.
- Reference handling.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Other duties as required by management.
